- Store Business Hours: Wednesday – Sunday from 10:00 to 14:00 (Monday and Tuesday are off days for the store).
- Online Order Acceptance: 24/7 without days off.
- Navigation: You can easily locate us and view our exact position on Google Maps.
Please note: If the required item or size is temporarily unavailable at the physical store, delivery to the store for a fitting takes up to 7 days.
2. How to Choose Your Size? (Size Chart)
To ensure the chosen garment fits perfectly, please consult our measurement table. The size chart is located directly on each product page — right beneath the "Buy in One Click" button block.
3. Order Processing & Confirmation
We value your time, which is why we have automated the ordering process on the Kramiia online store as much as possible.
- Automatic Confirmation: If all required shipping details were specified during checkout, your order is confirmed and sent to dispatch without an additional manager callback. You will receive a notification with your order number and status via email or messenger.
- Prepayment Terms for New Customers: Orders from first- or second-time customers are processed subject to a minimum advance payment starting from 100 UAH.
- Cash on Delivery Adjustment: The remaining balance payable upon parcel collection is reduced exactly by the amount of your deposit.
- Shipping Cost Guarantee: If the buyer fails to collect the parcel from the postal branch, the deposit is used to cover two-way shipping fees, and any remaining balance (if applicable) is refunded to the customer.
4. Delivery Across Ukraine
Order processing and dispatch take between 2 to 4 business days, after which the parcel is delivered according to the carrier's standard schedule.
- Free Delivery: For orders exceeding 3000 UAH, delivery to postal branches or parcel lockers across Ukraine is FREE (does not apply to discounted items or promotional offers).
- Standard Shipping: For orders under 3000 UAH, shipping fees are calculated based on the carrier's rates and paid by the buyer.
- Doorstep Courier Delivery: Courier shipping via Nova Poshta is available upon 100% prepayment for the order and shipping fees.
- Free Storage: Parcels are stored free of charge at the postal branch for 5 business days, after which they are automatically returned to the sender.
- Custom Tailoring: Custom-tailored embroidered apparel is produced within 3–4 weeks upon a minimum 20% advance deposit.
5. International Shipping
We proudly ship authentic Ukrainian embroidered clothing by Kramiia to any destination around the globe!
- International shipments are processed upon 100% prepayment for both the products and shipping service.
- International shipping costs are calculated individually depending on parcel weight, dimensions, and destination country.

6. Receiving & Inspecting Your Order
Please always inspect your parcel directly at the carrier branch or in the presence of the courier. By signing the delivery receipt document, you confirm that you have checked the parcel for compliance with your order, agree with its external condition and completeness, and confirm having no claims against the Kramiia online store or the delivery service.
