Bonus accrual: how to get more benefits

Our store has a bonus system that helps you save on future purchases. Bonuses are awarded for various actions: purchases, registration, subscribing to the newsletter, and reviews. Below is a simple explanation of how it works and which terms are important to know.

How bonuses work

Bonuses are your extra points that appear in your balance after certain conditions are met. Usually, they can be used when placing your next orders (if this is предусмотрено by the store rules).

When bonuses become available

In most cases, bonuses are credited automatically after completing an action (for example, after a purchase) or after verification (for example, after a review is moderated).

Bonuses for purchases in the cart

Bonuses for purchases are awarded for each completed order. The amount of bonuses depends on the total value of items in the cart and the terms in effect at the time of purchase.

Accrual formula

Purchase bonuses = total value of items in the cart × accrual percentage

For example, if the accrual percentage is 5% and the total value of items in the cart is 1000 UAH, then you will receive 50 bonuses.

Important terms

• Bonuses are awarded for an order that has actually been paid.
• If the order is canceled or returned, the awarded bonuses may be canceled.
• Accrual may not apply to promotional items or certain categories—this depends on the current rules.
• If discounts/promo codes are applied to the order, bonuses may be awarded based on the amount after the discount (if предусмотрено by the terms).

Registration bonuses

After creating an account, you receive registration bonuses. This is an easy way to start using the loyalty program.

By subscribing to the newsletter, you receive bonuses and are the first to learn about new arrivals, discounts, and special offers.

• Newsletter subscription bonuses are awarded once.
• If you unsubscribe and subscribe again, a repeat accrual may not be made.

Bonuses for reviews (after moderation)

We value your experience, so we award bonuses for product reviews. Important: bonuses for a review are awarded after moderation, i.e., after verification by the administration.

Which reviews pass moderation

• The review must relate to a specific product.
• The text must be meaningful and useful (not 1–2 words).
• No spam, advertising, insults, or obscene language.
• Reviews with false information may be rejected.

When bonuses are awarded

After the review has been checked and approved, the bonuses will automatically appear in your balance.
