2 Payment
2.1 Payment is made in a convenient way for you, including:
- payment by any bank card*;
- payment upon receipt at the Nova Poshta branch **.
* in this way, you save money by not paying the commission charged by Nova Poshta if you choose to pay upon receipt of the goods.
** You pay the price of the product + the cost of delivery according to Nova Poshta tariffs + the commission charged by Nova Poshta for sending postpaid (20 UAH + 2% of the cost of the product)
3 Processing
3.1. Orders from new customers (first or second purchase in our store) are processed on condition of full or partial subscription, at least UAH 100. In turn, we specify a postpaid amount that is less than the prepaid amount. If the customer cannot come to pick up the package, the funds from the subscription will be used for postage, and the rest will be returned to the customer.
3.2. After placing an order on our website (https://kram.kr.ua/), you will receive a confirmation and order number by e-mail (if you have not received such a message, please contact us for clarification).
3.3 If you entered all the data necessary for shipment when placing the order, the order will be automatically confirmed and shipped without a prior call to you. You will be informed about the shipment by email.
3.4. If several orders are placed, each order will be sent separately with its own tracking number (multiple orders cannot be combined into one).
4. Dispatch
4.1 The shipping of the order is carried out by the carrier according to its timing.
4.2 For orders, the amount of which exceeds UAH 3,000, delivery to the post office specified by you in Ukraine is free, it does not apply to promotional products. For orders less than UAH 3,000, it is calculated according to the carrier's tariffs (depends on the actual and volumetric weight of the shipment) and is carried out at the expense of the buyer.
4.3 Address delivery is possible by a New Post courier only after full payment for the product and delivery (for clarification, contact us).
4.4 Your order is stored free of charge at the Nova Poshta branch for 4 working days (including the day of arrival). It is automatically returned to the sender on the 5th working day.
5 Delivery abroad
5.1 We send any products abroad ("Ukrposhta"). The cost of delivery abroad is not included in the price of the product. Check the cost of delivery with the operators or write to the e-mail address: doroshenko.kram@gmail.com

6. Pay attention
6.1 If the product is not available in the Embroidered Clothing Store (offline), the delivery of the missing product is delayed for up to 7 days
