RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
The embroidered clothing store returns and exchanges PROPER quality goods in accordance with the Law "On Consumer Protection". within 14 days from the date of its receipt, the Buyer has the right to exchange the goods for a similar or demand 100% refund, for online buyers - less shipping costs. If the return of the goods is due to an error of the seller, the costs of its delivery upon return or exchange are reimbursed by the seller himself.
UNDER PROPER quality means the goods:
- which has not actually been used and has a commercial appearance,
- with all labels and components.
Warning!!! Promotional goods are not subject to exchange or return.
The order of exchange of goods for online buyers:
1. Indicate the reason for exchanging goods;
2. Send the goods to Kropyvnytskyi by Ukrposhta by inquiry to branch 25001 or by New mail to post office 10; recipient: Florinska AO, tel .: +380973446410
3. Delivery at the expense of the client;
4. After sending the goods, report the number of the transport consignment note and indicate which goods we are exchanging;
5. The exchange of goods is carried out within 3 working days after receiving the parcel from you!
Order of return of goods:
1. Fill in the application form by e-mail -florin_alla@ukr.net
2. Send the goods by new mail. Recipient: Florinska AO, tel +38097344640 Kropyvnytskyi branch 10
3. Delivery at the expense of the client;
4. After sending the goods to the e-mail florin_alla@ukr.net send a letter indicating: name, order number, bank card number for transfer and invoice number;
5. Refunds are made to the card within 5 working days of receipt of the goods. The bank commission is paid by the recipient!
